Is the Affordable Care Act Constitutional?

The Supreme Court heard six hours of oral arguements March 26th-28th regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act's constitutionality. While there is much speculation around the outcome of the case, no one will really know if the law will stand as is until June, when the Supreme Court is scheduled to announce their verdict. In the meantime, businesses should conintue to work towards compliance with PPACA.
